As a Technocrat Entrepreneur with over two decades of experience, Sonika leads Ensurite with a vision for digital transformation in insurance. She has worked with big enterprises like Microsoft, Satyam, and CAT and has expertise in designing and implementing large IT solutions. Sonika is the Founder and CEO of Soluzione IT Services where she works with Business Leaders, Technology Directors, and Entrepreneurs to deliver solutions to create a seamless distribution platform
Nikhil Gahlot
Nikhil is the technical brain behind Ensurite’s AI platform. With 22 years of experience in technology consulting and product development, including stints at Microsoft and Mahindra Satyam, he brings strategic thinking to our innovation. Nikhil’s background in customer management, technical architecture and pre-sales has been key in designing a digital distribution solution for insurance providers to overcome their unique challenges and become more efficient and responsive in their processes.
Monika Vishwakarma
With a PhD, MBA and multiple Microsoft certifications Dr. Monika leads solution delivery with academic rigor and professional expertise. With over 25 years of technology delivery experience, she drives business development and team-building initiatives at Soluzione. Dr. Monika’s leadership ensures our clients get scalable, customized solutions that meet the needs of today’s insurers and reinsurers.
